Welcome to the Refugee Union’s monthly update! As usual, this month we have been working tirelessly to better the living conditions of refugees in Hong Kong.
About Us
Founded in 2014 by refugees in Hong Kong, the Refugee Union has been dedicated to safeguarding refugee rights and improving their well-being and prospects.
Activities at a Glance
On 3 May, we welcomed back the Lununa Care team. We thanked them for organising a workshop about reusable period products and distributed organic cotton menstrual products to our members.
On 10 May, we welcomed two secondary school students who are members of Boundless Voices. They visited our centre and discussed their plan to organise a tutorial class for our children. Thank you and we look forward to collaborating with you.
On 11 May, we were delighted to have Amanda Michelle organise a storytelling session for our children.
This month, we received a wide range of useful item donations. We would like to express our gratitude to those who have lent a helping hand. Your support means a lot to us. We ensure all items received are distributed to refugees.
